This Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures that all clients understand how payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed at Pixel Root Store.

Whether purchased directly through our website or via email, WhatsApp, or third-party invoicing, these terms remain valid.
4. Strict No-Refund Policy
At Pixel Root Store, all payments made for digital services are final and non-refundable once a project or subscription begins.
Digital services involve time, planning, and immediate resource allocation, which cannot be recovered once work starts.
Therefore, we maintain a strict “No Refund” policy, except under the conditions specifically mentioned in Section 8 below.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- No full or partial refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
- Refunds are not granted if you change your mind, stop using the service, or fail to provide required inputs.
- Refunds are not issued due to dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations beyond the scope of the agreed service.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance before any work begins.
We currently accept payments through:
- PayPal (International clients)
- Wise (for UK & EU clients)
- Direct bank transfer (India)
Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
Late Payments:
If a payment is delayed or declined, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or cancel ongoing projects.
- Withhold delivery of deliverables.
- Charge late fees or interest for overdue invoices.
6. Order Confirmation
Once your order or project is confirmed, you will receive a written acknowledgment (email, invoice, or WhatsApp confirmation).
This confirmation acts as a binding agreement between you and Pixel Root Store.
From this point forward, no cancellation or refund will be entertained except as per Section 8 (Refund Exceptions).
7. Service Delivery Policy
All our services are delivered electronically via:

We do not ship physical items, and thus “Shipping” does not apply.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the project type and client response time.
Once work begins, progress updates are shared periodically.
8. Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)
Although our policy is strictly non-refundable, we consider limited exceptions only under the following conditions:
8.1 Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally pay twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
8.2 Payment Gateway Error
If your payment was charged but not received due to a technical issue with PayPal, Wise, or your bank, we will coordinate with the payment provider to resolve the issue or refund.
8.3 Service Non-Delivery
If we fail to deliver any service due to our error (e.g., unforeseen technical fault or non-performance on our part) and have not initiated any work, a partial refund may be issued after management review.
8.4 Legal or Regulatory Requirement

All other refund requests are not entertained.

- You purchase a plan or subscription and later decide not to use it.
All service fees are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
10. Cancellation Policy
Once you confirm an order and make payment, cancellation is not possible after the service initiation.
10.1 Before Project Start:
If you cancel before we begin any work and within 24 hours of payment, we may consider refunding up to 80% (after deducting administrative and processing fees).
10.2 After Project Start:
Once the project has started, no cancellation or refund will be approved under any circumstances.
11. Subscription Services
Some services, like monthly SEO or marketing plans, may be subscription-based.
You can cancel future billing by sending an email to support@pixelroot.store at least 7 days before the next renewal date.
However, cancellation only stops future renewals — previous payments are non-refundable.
12. Delivery Timelines
Each project has its own timeline, which is mutually agreed upon before starting work.
While we strive to deliver all services on time, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Client’s late feedback or response
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting, social media downtime)
- Technical interruptions or server issues
- Force Majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, etc.)
13. Quality Assurance
Pixel Root Store guarantees that all services are performed professionally and to the best of our ability.
However, since digital marketing and SEO depend on third-party algorithms and user engagement, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:
- First-page rankings
- Certain numbers of clicks, leads, or conversions
- Sales results
Our commitment is to provide the agreed services ethically, transparently, and efficiently.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment-related dispute, we encourage customers to contact us first at support@pixelroot.store before filing a complaint with PayPal, Wise, or their bank.
We aim to resolve most disputes amicably within 7 working days.
If no resolution is achieved, the matter will be governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Rajasthan courts.
15. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Initiating a chargeback or false claim after receiving services is considered fraudulent activity.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account permanently.
- Report the incident to relevant authorities and payment platforms.
- Use the payment record as legal evidence in our defense.
16. Refund Processing Time (If Applicable)
For rare approved refunds (under Section 8):
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
- The amount will be returned via the original payment method only.
- Any third-party processing fees (PayPal/Wise) are non-refundable.
17. Project Pausing or Delays
If you request to pause or delay your project for personal reasons, we may allow it for up to 30 days at our discretion.
After that period, your project may be marked as “completed,” and no refund will be provided.
18. Pricing & Plan Changes
Pixel Root Store reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or service terms at any time.
Such changes will not affect ongoing projects that have already been paid for.
19. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any refund or service-related issue will never exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
We are not liable for indirect losses, missed profits, or third-party service failures.
20. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Alwar, Rajasthan.
International clients agree that any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation and then, if necessary, handled under Indian jurisdiction.
