Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: October 4, 2025
Last Updated: October 4, 2025

Welcome to Pixel Root Store (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver our digital services, including timeframes, delivery formats, client cooperation, and other essential details.

Although we do not ship physical goods, this policy outlines how our digital services are processed, delivered, and managed — as required under Google, AdSense, and UK Consumer Transparency Guidelines.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

1. About Pixel Root Store

We specialize in providing:

  • Website design and development
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Digital marketing & PPC campaigns
  • Branding, online consulting, and support

All our services are digital in nature and delivered remotely — no physical shipping or product delivery is required.

2. Purpose of This Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy has been created to:

  • Ensure clients understand how digital service delivery works.
  • Meet international eCommerce transparency and Google Ads approval standards.
  • Clarify timelines, delivery channels, and responsibilities for both parties.

Even though no physical shipping occurs, our business maintains this policy as part of fair-trade compliance.

3. Nature of Products and Services

Pixel Root Store offers digital services only, not tangible goods.
Examples include:

  • Website design and development projects
  • SEO and keyword optimization
  • Google Ads setup and management
  • Social media management and digital branding
  • Logo design, creative content, or consulting

Thus, there are no shipping costs, no courier tracking, and no physical delivery involved.
Instead, all deliverables are electronically sent to the Client via secure channels.

4. Methods of Delivery

All deliverables and reports are provided electronically through one or more of the following:

  • Email attachments (e.g., PDFs, reports, documents)
  • Online collaboration tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, or similar)
  • Remote access platforms (Zoom, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer for live demos)
  • Direct website uploads (for design or development projects)
  • Messaging apps (WhatsApp or Telegram — if agreed upon by both parties)

Each project’s delivery method will be specified in writing during onboarding.

5. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the type of service, package purchased, and client responsiveness.

Here’s an approximate guide:

Service TypeEstimated Delivery Time
Website Design & Development10–25 business days
SEO & Optimization PlansMonthly deliverables / reports
Google Ads / PPC Campaign Setup3–7 business days
Branding / Logo Design3–5 business days
Maintenance or ConsultingWithin agreed schedule

Note: Timelines begin after full payment and receipt of all required client materials (e.g., content, credentials, images, etc.).

6. Client’s Role in Delivery

Our ability to deliver efficiently depends on your timely cooperation.

The Client is responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate information and required materials on time.
  2. Reviewing and approving drafts, designs, or strategies promptly.
  3. Maintaining open communication via email or project management tools.
  4. Ensuring access credentials (e.g., hosting, domain, analytics, ad accounts) are active.

Delays in communication or missing inputs pause or extend delivery timelines.

Pixel Root Store is not liable for late delivery caused by client inaction or external factors.

7. Service Delivery Stages

Each service typically goes through the following stages:

a. Order Confirmation

After receiving payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 business hours, acknowledging your purchase and next steps.

b. Requirement Gathering

We will request essential information (e.g., website goals, branding preferences, keywords, etc.) to start the project.

c. Project Development / Execution

Once all inputs are received, our team begins work as per the agreed timeline.

d. Review and Feedback

You’ll receive drafts, previews, or reports for review. You can request limited revisions according to your service package.

e. Final Delivery

Upon completion, we deliver the final files, reports, or links electronically and confirm delivery by email or message.

8. Confirmation of Delivery

Digital delivery is considered complete when one or more of the following occurs:

  • You receive the final file/report via email or shared link.
  • Your website or marketing campaign goes live.
  • We send confirmation that work is completed.

Once we have proof of delivery (sent email, file timestamp, or live project link), the service is marked as “Delivered.”

9. No Physical Shipping

As a digital-only business, Pixel Root Store:

  • Does not use postal or courier services.
  • Does not provide physical packaging or delivery receipts.
  • Does not charge for shipping, handling, or logistics.

This policy satisfies Google’s “Shipping and Delivery” transparency requirement, even though the term “shipping” applies metaphorically to online delivery.

10. Communication During Project

We maintain regular contact with clients throughout project development.

Official communication channels include:

  • Email: support@pixelroot.store
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +44 7446 993400
  • Project tools: Google Drive, Trello, Zoom (when applicable)

We do not consider communication outside these official channels (such as personal social media accounts) as part of the project discussion.

11. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Although rare, digital service delivery may be delayed or disrupted due to:

  • Technical server issues
  • Power outages or internet disruptions
  • Third-party platform downtime (e.g., Google, Facebook, hosting servers)
  • Client’s failure to provide access or feedback
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.)

In such cases, we will:

  1. Notify you immediately of the issue.
  2. Provide a revised estimated delivery date.
  3. Resume or restart work once the issue is resolved.

We will always act in good faith to ensure minimal disruption.

12. Delivery Verification

Upon final delivery, you may be asked to verify receipt via:

  • Email confirmation
  • WhatsApp acknowledgment
  • Digital signature on invoice or project summary

This verification ensures both sides agree that the project has been successfully delivered.

13. Revisions and Post-Delivery Support

Most packages include limited free revisions (e.g., 1–3 revisions depending on your plan).

Once revisions are completed and the final files are approved:

  • Delivery is officially closed.
  • Further changes may incur additional charges.

For website projects, we provide 7 days of basic post-delivery support for bug fixes or minor adjustments.
Ongoing maintenance requires a separate support plan.

14. Digital Access Credentials

If our services involve accessing your accounts (e.g., hosting, analytics, or ad accounts), you agree to provide necessary credentials safely.

Pixel Root Store will use this access solely for service purposes and keep it confidential.

After project completion, you may reset passwords or revoke access for security reasons.

15. Failed Delivery Due to Client Inaction

If a project remains idle for 30 days due to lack of client response, missing information, or unapproved drafts:

  • It may be marked as “Completed” in our system.
  • No refund or free restart will be provided.

You can restart the project later for an additional reactivation fee based on workload.

16. International Delivery Considerations

Since most clients are based in the United Kingdom and our operations are in India, all deliveries are digital and timezone differences are considered in scheduling.

We operate on Indian Standard Time (IST) but ensure that communications align with UK working hours when possible.

No customs, duties, or import/export documentation applies to our services.

17. Refunds Related to Delivery

Please note:
This policy does not override our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which clearly states a no-refund rule once work has commenced.

However, if a confirmed delivery was not received due to technical issues on our end (e.g., corrupted file, wrong email), we will promptly resend or re-share the deliverables at no additional cost.

18. Proof of Delivery

We maintain logs and records of:

  • Sent emails and attachments
  • Download confirmations from Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Completion screenshots or URLs
  • Client acknowledgment messages

These serve as proof of delivery in case of any dispute.

19. Force Majeure

Pixel Root Store shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Cyberattacks or server failures
  • Internet outages or DNS issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or civil unrest

We will resume delivery as soon as normal conditions return.

20. Contact for Delivery Issues

If you believe you have not received a digital product or service as promised, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

📧 Email: support@pixelroot.store
📞 Phone: +44 7446 993400

Please include:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Payment proof (transaction ID)
  • Project details
  • Date of purchase

Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.

21. Delivery Completion and Client Satisfaction

Once a project is delivered and verified, the service is considered complete.

If you request additional modifications after completion, they will be treated as new tasks or extended service orders.

Our team always aims for full satisfaction, but completion does not imply lifetime maintenance or free continuous changes.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by Indian Law, under the jurisdiction of Alwar, Rajasthan courts.

For UK-based clients, we will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written communication before legal escalation.

23. Updates to This Policy

Pixel Root Store reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
Any such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version.
